Finding time for a day out...

Blues and Kalinka have been meaning to check this place out for quite a while now. It was surprising how often something could keep coming up when you have a pair of twins to watch. Not to mention all the other things both parents tend to meddle in.

But they're here now, with little Mikhail and Ciel. And without any other guards or chaperones.

Kalinka smiles at the boy - it's nice to see the place is child-friendly, especially since they'd brought the twins.

Luckily, neither Blues nor Kalinka want anything really fancy. Some cereal for the twins, maybe some sausage gravy and biscuits since it seems to be breakfast time. Mostly, they're here for the chance to get out for a while, away from various responsibilities both have and the perpetual snow around Kalinka's home in Siberia.

He glances around, then grins winsomely and sidles closer. "Can I makea recomendation?"

Leia snorts at him and runs away.

"Go ahead," Blues says, giving the kid a smile.

Ciel, meanwhile, has other things on her young mind. She likes the view, and wants to share it. Dropping into a crawl she makes her way to the diaper bag in the seat next to Kalli, and looks inside. The ten-month old reaches in and pulls out a somewhat caterpillar-like creature. She hugs it and then, with it clinging to her, makes her way back to the window to use the windowsill to pull herself back to a standing position.

Ben looks quizzically toward the cooing sound as his tribble coos in response, but then looks back at Blue with his million dollar grin. "The scrambled egg platter with sausage and cheese is yummy! And big enough for everybody."

Blues gives Kalli a questioning glance, and when she nods in response he says, "Ok, we'll give that a try."

Ciel, meanwhile, is happily babbling away to the stress worm about the view. Mikhail, on the other side of the table, is much quieter but no less attentive in his looking out the window.
