Finding time for a day out...
Blues and Kalinka have been meaning to check this place out for quite a while now. It was surprising how often something could keep coming up when you have a pair of twins to watch. Not to mention all the other things both parents tend to meddle in.
But they're here now, with little Mikhail and Ciel. And without any other guards or chaperones.

Kalinka checks on Ciel and Blues gives the girl outside the window a curious glance.

Mikhail's already recovered, and pats the glasss with a chubby hand. "Eevyed!" The word is almost recognizable as mangled Russian - at least, to anyone that speaks Russian. To everyone else, the little boy's actions still make it fairly clear he's trying to say hi.
Ciel doesn't get back up just yet. But she hugs the stress worm and babbles to it and to the girl outside the window.
"Does this happen often?" asks Kalinka.

And the winged girl laughs and calls hello in her own language, setting her delicate looking hand with its twig-like fingers against the glass opposite Mikhail's.

Ciel, however, has been distracted! As soon as she sees the toast she lets out a happy squeal and grabs for a piece. Which she proceeds to mangle and tear into pieces for the stress worm.

"Something called a stress worm," Blues says. "A lady in the Nexus gave it to her."
Ciel babbles softly to the stress worm and gives it a little kiss on the head.

Kalinka and Blues both chuckle at this.
"I do not think she agrees," Kalinka says.
"Not enough fur to be a tribble," adds Blues.
Mikhail is still looking out the window and babbling softly to the flying girl.

The landlady chuckles too, but then turns to the next customer.
And Ben suddenly bounces past on all four as a piercing squeaking comes from a corner of the room. "I'm coming! No fear, you'll be free soon."
"Stupid tribble," says a tall kid in a yellow raincoat.

Ciel's reaction is more outgoing, as usual. She makes a few loud comments, trying to be heard over the squeaking. Whether she's just making more noise or trying to cheer Ben on in rescuing the tribble is hard to say.
((And yeah, these two are going to need journals. Or a shared one))
