Dean Winchester stepped into the catina, bag on his shoulder, the book under his arm. He looked around and smiled fondly. The perfect holiday get away spot. 
He smiled spotting some kids running around and smiled. "joyous" he said as he loosened his scarf. His dog collar stil covered by the scarf.

She shrugged and grinned, then sat down and offered Nathan her hand. The baby crowed with delight and jumped to her, giving her ardent baby kisses on the cheek.

He smiled softly "Its, uh, over welming here isn't it?"

"Overwhelming?" She put one leg up against the table to support the baby and looked at Dean with an eyebrow quirk.

"Yes so much to see and learn so much love to embrace"

"Uh.... Huh?" She wasn't the sharpest right then, and this was so different from what she was used to hearing from Deans that it didn't compute at first.

He smiled softly "Your not like my Sam" he smiled "Just as much a gift from God but still"

"Oh. Well, I haven't met too many other Sams who work for my Boss." She took the cup of coffee that the waitress gave her and drank deeply.

"God?"

"Mmm hmm. Been working for him since I was six years old." She set the coffee down and put Nathan up to her shoulder so that she could snuggle him better.

"Started late did you?" he teased lovingly.

"Took me a little while to get out of the hospital."

"troubled birth?"

"I lost a leg at my sixth birthday party." She tapped on the one she had braced against the table, smirking slightly at the clunk sound.

"Oh" he said weakly

"Sorry." She looked down at Nathan as he cuddled close and sucked on his fist.

He smiled weakly "Sorry I'm not...... you know.....sam me........ you..... this is all odd"

"Don't think of me as Sam. Think of me as a sister you just found." She reached for her coffee, the weariness in her dark eyes showing up a little more clearly.

"Who jes' happens teh have the same name." Violet snerked.

"No way," a slight grin twitched her mouth. "I'm not emo."

"Just a little wangsty...." Violet laughed and ducked Sam's swing as Nathan turned his head to see what was going on.

He smiled "My Sam isn't always" he offered

"Ah. Okay. That's good to know." She kissed Nathan and got a happy coo in response, then sneezed and caused Dean's coffee to explode right out of his cup. "Whoops. Sorry."

He looked at the spilled coffee eyes wide. "Uh"

"Sorry?" she said again, biting her lip.

"Um yeah" he smiled awkwardly.

"Hasn't your brother found out he's got TK yet?" Her eyebrows quirked.
