Old Bones, New Resolve

Old Pika moves about the room, slowly but surely. She purrs thunderously as she walks, keeping the tribbles and small children out of harm's way, trying to be useful for once. Her age is making it difficult, but she's determined.

- Come off there, little one, - she smiles and untangles baby Pika from some thread, nudging her gently as she gets up and runs off.

"Well that's a bit of a rut in the day," he said, then started slightly as Pika bit him and ran over to Logan. Apparently he hadn't pet her enough.

The small woman shrugged, then put a hand on the kitten and started to maul her gently. "Every heard'a Jack Sparrow?"
