"Marco?" called a timid young boy walking around arms out infront of him, his eyes blind folded "Marco?" he tried again. He was starting to worry he'd not heard a polo in sometime. The boy he'd been playing with, a nice boy by the name of Scottie had said this would be a fun game. He'd yet to decide how this was fun. He was scared, blinded by the blindfold, and had no idea where his new friend was. "Marco?" he tried again. Unaware Scottie was soundly asleep in a room at the lunatic cafe having lost the boy in the cantina. "Marco?" he said lip trembling. "Mar.....mar....Marco?"

"Hey sweetheart," a bright voice said as Jubilee rollerbladed over, pausing and looking at him. "You ok? Would you like some hot cocoa or chocolate milk? Maybe a cookie?"

"I...... I'm meant-" his lip was a good indication on how close to tears he was "-to be playing-" sniff sniff "-with a boy in sunglasses..... but....... I think I've lost him" he wouldn't remove the blind fold until told to do so. "Coo.....cookie"

She beant, gently taking the blindfold off, smiling comfortingly.

"Shh, baby, it's ok, you're safe. This is Logan's Place, and my name's Jubilee. I can get you a cookie, if you want it."

He bit his lip, large eyes rimmed with tears "Ok" he murmered softly "I.... I'm....my... my names Spence"

"Hey, Spence, that's a cool name," she grinned, skating off and bringing him back a huge cookie and a big glass of milk. "Here, kiddo, have a cookie, on the house."

"Really? Thank you" he said warmly "You're...... thanks" he said studying her. "Your nice. Perhaps oddly familiar"

"Well, there are lots of me around, including a couple boy versions named Jubal," she smiled. "So where you playing a game and just get lost?"

"I was playing with a boy in sun glasses, and..... he blindfolded me....... I'm now lost" he said "And statisically thats a bad thing!"

She laughed.

"Well you're lucky today. This place is owned by a girl Wolverine, and she's really nice, and nobody ever messes with anybody around here, because it's protected by a bunch of big guys with muscels," she said, grinning.

Logan walked over to the kid after Jubilee got called away, her brows raising slightly as she caught his scent. "Hey, Spencer. What're ya doin' here?"

"You know me?" the young boy asked confused. "i...... I don't recognize you"

"Heard ya talkin' t' Jubes." She gave him a reassuring smile, her large dark eyes gentle. "I'm Logan."

The small woman nodded. "Yeah. I'm the gal version."

He smiled "Nice to meet you ma'am"

She grinned at him, then repeated her earlier question. "Whatcha doin' here?"

"Was playing.......but....... he went" he said softly.

Logan started toward the seat, but then stopped and facepalmed as Jubal and Robbie burst through the door locked in mock combat, gave each other several hard raps, and then chased one another up the stairs to the apartment. "Lord, gimme strength."

Spencer has disappeared and was now hiding under a table.

"What're ya doin', kid?" Logan hunkered down to look at him with concern. "Those guys ain't gonna hurtcha."

"They're the sort of kids I normally hide from"

"Like I say, they ain't gonna hurtcha. Scottie maybe, but not those two." She held out her hand to him. "C'mon, darlin'."

He cautiously took her hand "Ok......"

She pulled him out, then gently dusted him off, only to pull him protectively close as Blade suddenly zipped through in the boys' wake. "Her ya gotta watch out for."
